“Parsippany Flowers & Gifts failed to delivered flowers to my wife on Valentines Day. They promised that they will delivery first thing the next day, free of charge. I had to call them twice to find out where flowers were. My wife finally received flowers end of day, with no card or balloons. Absolutely awful service...would never use them again!”
